Payment is due at the time of service. We are however pleased to offer several payment options to meet your needs.

Our office accepts most PPO insurance plans. Please check with your insurance company to see if our office name is on the provider's list, or just call us and we can let you know if we accept your plan. Patients using insurance are expected to pay co-payments and/or deductibles at the time of service. Michael J. Whitted & Associates only files claims for primary insurance programs. If you have a secondary insurance we will provide you with all the necessary information to self-file your secondary claim to be reimbursed directly to you. Timely payment is expected after closing of the primary insurance claim. Our office does it's best to work with your insurance company, however each patient is responsible for understanding their own individual policy. This includes but is not limited to: deductibles, co-payments, alternative benefits, and yearly maximums.
