Patient Care Coordinators
Erica is the Office Manager at Michael J.Whitted & Associates. She joined Dr. Whitted’s team in 2007. Her main responsibilities are overseeing the office and making sure the day to day operations run smoothly. Erica is also cross trained so you may see her assisting the doctors from time to time. She enjoys getting to know each of the patients and help them with the care they need and deserve. Erica truly enjoys being part of such a wonderful, fun, and caring team. She is married with 2 children, David and Kylie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and relaxing on their boat in her spare time.

Jodi started her dental career in 2019 as a treatment coordinator. She joined Whitted Dentistry in 2020. Since then, she has expanded her duties to include insurance liaison and claims specialist. Jodi and her husband moved to South Elgin in 2021 with her three cats and dog. In her spare time, she is an avid reader as well as a lifelong English history buff. Jodi and her husband enjoy going to IndyCar races to cheer for Team McLaren. One day she hopes to travel to England and Scotland to see her family heritage.

Mary Anne started her dental career in 1989. Since then, she has had front office management duties for other practices until she joined Whitted Dentistry in 2022. Mary Anne prides herself in caring for our dear patients as a patient treatment coordinator. She has genuinely close relationships with our patients and feels being part of Whitted Dentistry is like being part of a big family. Mary Anne and her husband have lived in the St. Charles area for over 20 years. In addition to her work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, enjoys gardening, reading, watching sports, and traveling.

Lucie started working in the dental field when she joined Whitted Dentistry in 2022. She is usually the first person to greet you when you walk into the office. With her bubbly and outgoing personality, Lucie is a great asset to our team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking pictures of furry little friends, specializing in her side business pet photography.
